How does the free Procure-to-Pay trial work?

Sign up, connect your ERP and payables data, and the Procure-to-Pay pack runs free for 30 days — no credit card to start, and the trial includes a starter batch of credits so you can process real documents straight away. You will see real exceptions against your own transactions in that window. At the end of the trial you either add a payment method to keep it running, or it simply stops; nothing is charged automatically.

What are credits, and what happens if I run low?

Credits are one shared currency across your account, and every pack you turn on adds a monthly allowance to the pool. They are drawn down as we process documents, monitor transactions and run analyses for you. You are notified well before you run out, and you can add a top-up or adjust your packs in a click — nothing stops working without warning. Included credits reset at the start of each billing month.

Why usage-based pricing?

Because our costs scale with the work you actually run — documents parsed, transactions monitored, storage held. Charging for that directly means small teams pay a low, predictable base and only pay more as their volume, and the value they get, grows. No per-seat surprises and no annual lock-in.

Do I have to talk to sales?

No. Ressura is fully self-serve. You sign up, connect your systems and onboard yourself — usually in minutes. There is no demo to sit through and no sales call to book. If you get stuck, support is a message away.

Can I add or remove packs later?

Yes, any time, from your account settings. Turning a pack on starts its checks against your existing data straight away and adds its credit allowance to your pool. Turning one off stops the checks at the end of your current billing period — your evidence trail for the period you already paid for stays intact.

What is included in the platform vs. a pack?

The platform is included with every plan: connectors to your finance systems, the data model that links vendors, invoices, POs and payments, continuous monitoring, ask-a-question, and the automatic evidence trail your auditors will want. A pack adds the library of audit checks for one domain — Procure-to-Pay, Payroll, Journal Entries and so on — along with its monthly credit allowance.

How does billing work — can I cancel anytime?

Card on file, charged monthly, cancel anytime from your account with no exit call and no notice period. Choose annual billing and you pay for ten months of pack fees instead of twelve; credit top-ups are billed as you use them. There is no lock-in either way, and no per-seat metering — you pay for the packs you have switched on plus the volume you actually run.

Is my financial data secure?

Ressura connects read-only wherever the source system supports it, so it can never move money or change your records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped per connector, and every check Ressura runs is logged — which is the same audit trail you hand to your auditors.
