Help us make every figure checkable
Ressura checks a growing company’s invoices against the agreements that set their prices, all year round, and we build it with small teams, plain words and attention to the foundations. What we are building
Most companies discover whether their books are right once a year, when the auditor arrives, and by then a wrong price or an invoice paid twice has been sitting there for months. We are building the system that checks every invoice against the agreement behind it in the week it arrives, shows the gap in dollars with both documents side by side, and says plainly when everything is in order.
That takes people who care about getting a figure right, who can explain a Finding to a bookkeeper and to an auditor in the same words, and who would rather build one thing properly than ten things quickly. If that description sounds like you, continue reading.
How we think and work
Every figure leads back to a document
A number deserves trust only when anyone can follow it to the invoice, the agreement or the record it came from, so we build so that they can.
A clean result is a result
Everything in order is as valuable a result as money found, and we give the quiet answer the same attention as the dramatic one.
Plain words
We write for the bookkeeper and the auditor at once; if a sentence requires the reader to know our vocabulary, it is not finished.
Say what we could not verify
When the evidence stops we say so, rather than rounding the gap away, because certainty we do not have is worse than none.
Ship the small thing
We reduce a piece of work until it can ship this week, then ship it, because ambitious plans stay honest when they land in small parts.
Build things that last
The foundations receive the care, because a check that runs every day has to be right every day, and a shortcut there is paid for later.
Keep the team small
A few people who each own a whole problem outperform a crowd who each own a slice, so we hire slowly and hand over real scope.
Work from anywhere
We hire for the work rather than the city; clear writing and a steady cadence carry a team across time zones.
