How does the 250-credit signup grant work?
Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash each qualify for a one-time 250-credit signup grant. There is no credit card requirement and the credits do not expire.
What are credits, and what happens if I run low?
Credits are one shared currency across your account, and every module you turn on adds 5,000 credits to the monthly pool. They are drawn down as we process documents, monitor connected rows, answer questions, and hold storage. Add a 1,000-credit top-up for $20 when needed.
Why usage-based pricing?
Because our costs scale with the work you actually run — documents parsed, connected rows monitored, questions answered, and storage held. Charging for that directly keeps the base predictable and makes the usage model visible.
Do I have to talk to sales?
No. Ressura is fully self-serve. You sign up, connect your systems and onboard yourself — usually in minutes. If you get stuck, support is a message away.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes, any time, from your account settings. Turning a module on starts its checks against your existing data straight away and adds 5,000 credits to your pool. Turning one off stops the checks at the end of your current billing period.
What is included in the platform vs. a module?
The platform is included with every plan: connectors to your finance systems, the data model that links vendors, invoices, POs and payments, continuous monitoring, ask-a-question, and the automatic evidence trail your auditors will want. A module adds the library of audit checks for one domain along with 5,000 monthly credits.
How does billing work — can I cancel anytime?
Choose monthly billing, or pay for ten months of module fees annually and save two months. Eligible startups receive 50% off for their first 12 months, applied at signup. Credit top-ups are billed as you use them.
Is my financial data secure?
Ressura connects read-only wherever the source system supports it, so it can never move money or change your records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped per connector, and every check Ressura runs is logged — which is the same audit trail you hand to your auditors.
