Subprocessors

Ressura, Inc. uses a limited set of trusted third parties (“subprocessors”) to help deliver the Service. Each is bound by contract to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations and processes data only to provide services to Ressura. This page lists our current subprocessors and is referenced by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
None of our subprocessors use Customer Data to train AI or machine-learning models.

We do not currently use a third-party AI model provider. When we introduce one to perform document analysis, we will add it to this list and give notice as described below and in the DPA.
Not subprocessors: integrations you choose to connect
Ressura can connect to third-party systems at your direction, including Xero, DocuSign, and Google Drive. These are your own service providers, not Ressura's subprocessors: you control the connection, you can disconnect it at any time, and your use of those services is governed by your agreement with them.
Changes to this list
We may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. In line with our Data Processing Agreement, we will provide advance notice of material changes to customers who have subscribed to updates, giving a reasonable opportunity to object on legitimate data-protection grounds.
