Release notes: what changed in Ressura

What changed in Ressura, newest first. Each entry is dated the day it reached customers and describes only what you can see or do differently; a change to how Ressura works inside is left out. Where a page explains the change in full, the entry links to it.

September 27, 2026

  • Help arrived on the site at ressura.com/help, in five sections: Getting started, Using Ressura, Trust & security, Reference and the FAQ. The app's Help item now opens it in a new tab, and the app keeps no help pages of its own.
  • Help search opens with Ctrl+K, or Cmd+K on a Mac, from any Help page and searches the Help pages and the articles together.
  • The legal pages and the FAQ moved inside Help at the addresses they always had, and a cookie statement joined them, so every document that binds Ressura is listed on one page under Trust & security.
  • The app, the site and Help now read every price from one list, so the numbers agree everywhere. A top-up is 1,000 credits for $20, as How credits work explains.
  • The activity ledger, under Activity in Settings, began recording who changed what in your company, with the date, so an admin can look back over it.

September 26, 2026

  • Ask Ressura and Fraud Watch have pages of their own on the site, reached from the Product menu, beside the ten module pages.
  • Each module page on the site now names the accounting standards its checks draw on, by topic number, and lays out its checks for reading.

September 25, 2026

  • You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, as well as with Google.

September 24, 2026

  • Your first session needs no account: drop in an agreement and an invoice at ressura.com/app/start, read the first finding, and the account is created when you verify your email. Your documents come with you into the new company's Data Room.
  • At sign-up you choose your role in the company. It sets whether accounting terms are explained in plain words beside them, and you can change that under Account settings. Members and roles has the detail.
  • Google sign-in uses the browser's own sign-in button, with a fallback when the browser does not offer it.

September 20, 2026 and before

  • Ressura began with the Data Room for contracts and invoices, Connections to Xero, Google Drive and DocuSign, the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash modules with their findings and dispositions, and credits with a monthly allowance, a signup grant and top-ups. Using Ressura has a page for each.
