Effective September 27, 2026This Cookie Statement explains how Ressura, Inc. ("Ressura," "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on ressura.com and the Ressura application. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and SDKs. They can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (which remain until they expire or you delete them), and they can be set by us ("first-party") or by a service provider we use ("third-party").
How we use cookies
We use cookies to run the site and application, keep you signed in, remember your choices, keep the Service secure, understand how the Service is used, and measure and target our own advertising. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information.
Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required to operate the site and app, authenticate you, maintain your session, remember your privacy choices, and protect against fraud and abuse. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
- Analytics — help us understand usage (pages visited, features used, errors) so we can improve the Service. On the website these run only with your consent where the law requires it.
- Advertising — a Google tag on the website records which ads led to sign-ups and lets us show ads to people who have visited before. On the website it runs only with your consent where the law requires it, and you can turn it off at any time.

The vendors' cookie names and durations are set by those vendors and may change; each vendor's own documentation is the reference.
Managing cookies
- Our cookie controls. Visitors from the EU, the EEA and the UK see a consent notice before any analytics or advertising cookie is set, and can accept or decline there. Everyone can turn ad measurement and remarketing off or on at any time on our privacy choices page; the choice takes effect right away and needs no account.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it and keep ad measurement off, whatever the switch on that page says.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Service.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by service providers acting on our behalf (PostHog for analytics, Google for analytics and advertising). These providers are bound by contract to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy and on our Subprocessors page.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Statement from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
