Actions: everything that needs you, in one list
Checked against the app on October 1, 2026Actions sits under Dashboard in the menu on the left. Its page, titled Actions with What needs you under the title, lists everything across the Modules you have that is waiting on someone in your company, however much there is:
- a finding waiting for your disposition, such as a price a Procure-to-Pay check found above the agreement, which opens the finding;
- a question Ressura is waiting on, which opens the Module's Overview with Ask Ressura open at that question;
- a Connection whose last sync failed, which opens that Connection so you can put it right.
Fraud risks are never listed here: Fraud Watch is their one place, with its own count.
Finding your way through the list
The list opens newest first. Choose the Module column's heading to group it by Module, or Amount at stake to put the biggest exception first; choose When to go back to the newest first, and choose a heading again to turn its order round. The amount at stake is the money an exception found, so a question or a Connection has none and is listed after the ones that do, whichever way the column points.
All, Findings, Questions and Connections above the list show one kind at a time. The list shows twenty-five at a time, with the pages under it. When nothing is waiting, the page says Nothing needs you.
Dealing with one
Each row's words open it, and so does Open in the menu at the end of its row, or Answer for a question. A finding is decided on its page, as Findings and Dispositions explains; a question is answered in Ask Ressura; a Connection is put right on its page. Once it is dealt with, it leaves the list.
On the Dashboard
The Dashboard keeps one line counting what is waiting, such as 4 things need you, which opens Actions. When nothing is waiting, the line is not shown.
